Competition rules
1 - Participation on the event has a fee of 4E per each entry in competition (paid during check-in)
2 - The painting competition is divided in the following categories:
Single Miniature - Fantasy
Single Miniature - Sci-Fi
Single Miniature - Historical
Vignette
Diorama
3 - One entry from each category will be picked to enter the final round of judgement.
4 - An overall best of the show award will be attributed to the best entry from those selected in point 3.
3 - The judge's decision is final and without recourse.
4 - The final prize pool will be determined by the support we have. More information will be available on this page.
5 - Availability of the prize pool is conditioned by the following terms:
1st place package - available after a minimum of 10 entries registered.
2nd place package - available after a minimum of 15 entries registered.
3rd place package - available after a minimum of 20 entries registered.
In the eventuality that the minimum 10 entries are not reached, the tournament will still be held as stated, but the prize pool may be restructured.
6 - Prize availability is subject to the timely shipping of our sponsoring partners. In the case of a late arrival of the support package, the item may not be available on our prize pool.
